Guangzhou Salvage was contracted to install several wind turbine jackets within China’s Three Gorges New Energy Yangxi Shaba 300 MW Offshore Windfarm, about 26 km to the south of Shaba, Yangxi, Yangjiang, Guangdong, People’s Republic of China. The water depth is between 26 m to 30 m.
Guangzhou Salvage Bureau appionted SPT Offshore to perform the suction installation services for what was the first such foundation in the South Chinese Sea. SPT Offshore has installed the first suction pile jacket foundation at the 300 MW CTGNE Yangxi Shaba Phase I offshore wind farm in China.
