In August 2023, the suction mooring piles for the LongYuan Floating Wind Turbine have been installed successfully by Yongfu Power Engineering using SPT Offshore’ ssuction spread and crew. The Floating Wind Turbine demonstrator has a capacity of 4MW and is located offshore Fujian, China. SPT Offshore cooperates closely with her Chinese partner Yongfu Power Engineering for suction pile design and suction pile installation services.
