Transportation and installation

  • SPC with 3 bundled suction piles and subsea connector
  • SPC lift capacity of the SPT Offshore’s suction pump up to 200 mT
  • SPC installation to maximum of 3,000m water depth
  1. Lift suction pump on SPC and lock using remotely operated hydraulic pins
  2. Open suction pump vent valve
  3. Lift suction pump using SAPS-002 lift frame and lower to seabed
  4. Position and orientate SPC using ROV
  5. Lower suction pile to self weight penetration and close vent valve
  6. Suction operation with ROV
  7. SAPS-002 proportional control of the flow in each suction pile of the SPC makes verticality
  8. Unlock suction pump with ROV hotstab and remove suction pump
